Nueva Luz…(New Light)…or better known as the jelly ladies…these 5 Guadalupe Carney  ladies are making tasty preserves of every fruit they find.  Mango, Pineapple, Hibiscus, Hot Pepper, Lime, Orange….only $3/jar. It is the only jelly you have ever tasted that was cooked on a mud stove in a mud hut with a mud floor, and thatched roof… they are hoping to build a cement kitchen with the funds from their sales.
